 Red Lily Tempranillo is a hand-crafted, limited production wine. Our wine is offered primarily to our mailing list customers, but is also available through a select group of retail outlets and restaurants. POLICIES Shipping Laws All wines are sold in the State of Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of their wine and we make no representations relative to your right to import wine into your state. Wine shipping laws varying greatly from state to state and are subject to frequent change. Currently we ship wine only to the following states: Alaska, California, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. We apologize for any inconvenience. By placing your order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship your wine to you. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or restricted states. By placing an order you agree you will not hold Red Lily Vineyards responsible for any damages as a result of this communication. Weather Orders are processed when received, however we make every effort to take into account local weather conditions when shipping your wine. We will notify you via email before shipping your wine or if we are holding your wine due to weather concerns. When your wine does arrive, we recommend that you let your wine rest for at least two weeks so it can recover from the journey and be at its optimum. Age Disclaimer All orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years and verification of age will be required in order to receive your wine. Any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until proper identification is produced. We suggest using a business address when possible to facilitate the carrier’s chances of collecting the required adult signature. Wine will not be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons. Please be advised that minors providing false information in order to obtain alcoholic beverages over the internet can face criminal prosecution and civil liability. Privacy and Security Please note that when you submit an order, you are automatically added to our mailing list. Red Lily Vineyards will never share, sell or distribute this information. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list, please check the appropriate box on the order form. We make every effort to protect your online order information. This means that any credit card or personal information you provide is secured.
