This 100% Tempranillo has well-integrated flavors, deep color and a full mouthfeel. The vibrant black cherry flavors marry well with the prominent dried fig and mocha core. Barrel char with a hint of vanilla and roasted chestnut contribute to the complexity of this masculine flavor profile. The wine has a very rich texture, a restrained oak framework and a lingering note of dusty earth, tobacco leaf and cedar.

A blend of 81 % Tempranillo and 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has intense aromas of ripe red fruit with balsamic, and tobacco box notes. The palate is medium-bodied and complex with black cherry, plum and black pepper combines with bramble fruits, spice and well integrated oak.

Fibonnaci is a term used to describe balance and symmetry in mathematics, science, art and nature. Using traditional Portuguese varieties, winemaker Rachael Martin crafted this cellar blend of Touriga Nacional (62%), Tinta Cao (25%) and Tempranillo (13%). An elegant and aromatic wine, it captures the scent of purple violet blossoms, apple butter, and berry turnovers. It finishes with strawberry rhubarb, rose water, and white pepper on the palate. Dedicated to our daughter Lily’s love of math, science, art, and nature.

Exhibits a brilliant straw yellow hue, with an intense aroma that is elegant, fresh and complex. Markedly floral tones of jasmine and honeysuckle are followed by cardamom undertones. Succulent notes of spiced pear, lemon zest, mineral, and stone fruit lead to an expansive mouthfeel with a lingering finish. An intriguing white wine that is full bodied and layered.

A unique blend of Tempranillo (70%), Grenache (20%), and Graciano (10%), its beautiful pink hue is truly summer in a glass. The nose combines aromas of rose petal, ripe strawberries and rhubarb. The gorgeously weighted palate balances juicy fruit flavors of pie cherries and peaches, all with a lingering finish. The label was designed by our own “Lily Girl”, our daughter Lily!

This traditional port-style blend of Tempranillo (9%), Tinta Cão (60%) and Touriga Nacional (31%) exhibits complex aromas of flowers, mint, cherry and plum. Hints of spice and sweet caramel, followed by a bit of maple syrup. It’s a big, ripe wine balanced by a long, lingering dark finish. DOUBLE GOLD Medal Winner 2016 Oregon Wine Experience.
